前海铁路公园入围 2022 WLA 世界景观大奖

我们非常荣幸地宣布，CRACKNELL, SED 新西林景观国际 & BIAD （北建院（深圳））联合体项目——前海铁路公园已入围 WLA 世界景观大奖概念设计类。

前海铁路公园是前海公共空间项目的启动示范区之一，位于前海妈湾片区19开发单元内。项目由6个独立的公共空间地块组成，总占地面积为7.3公顷。

The project is one of the pilot schemes of Qianhai Public Spaces within the Unit 19 of Mawan Area in Qianhai. It is comprised of 6 separate public realm plots at a total site area of 7.3 hectares.  

项目地块位于 “平南铁路”旧址与妈湾“通山达海”城市绿廊的交汇处。这新与旧两条重要轴线的交汇，将深圳怀旧的人文故事与前海前瞻性的发展愿景有机融合，创造了一个独特的城市设计故事主题和可识别的公共空间逻辑框架。

The site is situated at a ‘crossroad’ where the old Pingnan railway line meets the new Mawan ‘Mountain to Sea’ urban green corridor. The juxtaposition of these two important alignments has created a strong design narrative and readable spatial framework between the historic past routes and the symbolic future of Qianhai.
